Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a Certified Master Trainer & Nutritionist and I’m also a certified specialist in transformations and glutes.
I haven’t always enjoyed the healthy balance I do now, in fact quite the opposite. I’ve been on both sides of the spectrum. I went from overeating, feeling like I had no control, binging to the point that food wasn’t even enjoyable, eating as a coping mechanism and being very uncomfortable in my own skin; to eating very restrictively, feeling guilt around food, and being tired all the time. Both were equally miserable.
This is where my passion comes from. I understands how overwhelming it can feel when you feel like you have zero control over your eating habits or mind, how it can feel like things will never change. How it feels when you’ve tried everything but nothing works or lasts. I’ve been there.
Now, I’m taking everything I’ve learned and been through to help as many women as possible feel the happiness and freedom I feel now.
