When I’m not in the gym or training clients, you can find me at the beach or looking for new food to try. My mornings start with coffee and snuggles from my dog. My days end on the couch watching horror movies or animal documentaries with my boyfriend.

I’m not your average fitness coach. I’m not going to ask you to to change up your whole entire life and dedicate it to fitness. I won’t ask you to give up all the foods you love and call protein shakes a meal. I won’t ask you to sacrifice your happiness or mental well being for the sake of a great body, because guess what if you’re not healthy and happy on the inside, you’re still not healthy my girl. The only thing that showed lasting results for me was balance, and that’s what I will show you. We’re not starving ourselves or punishing our bodies over here. We’re showing our bodies and our minds love and respect, and guess what? Our bodies are loving us back and everything that seemed so difficult before, comes naturally.
Come reach your goals, while also finding balance and happiness in doing it. The process should be eye opening and enjoyable. You’re not punishing yourself, you’re loving yourself and taking care of yourself.
