I don’t know about where you’re at but it’s 80 degrees in San Diego so breakfast popsicles are a must! Our summer was soooo grey and weird and it feels like we’re just now getting nice weather so I had to combine cozy fall flavors with summer treats! 🍁🍦
Personally I used plain greek yogurt and vanilla protein (because that’s what I had on hand) but you can use any flavor nonfat greek yogurt! I think that vanilla or if you find a pumpkin flavor greek yogurt, oooh that would be really good! Same thing for protein, if you have a fall flavored protein that would be yummy!
Recipe makes 5 servings. Calories & Macros listed are per popsicle:

**NOTES: If you want to use honey in place of the sugar free syrup that adds about 40 calories. It’s a little sweeter so if you were looking for more of a dessert you can use honey over SF syrup or even do half and half!
